New skin items? - Guild Wars Forums

Lately I've been hearing some people say that new skined items were added recently. I thought it was BS, but i just saw someone selling a "Grinning Recurve Bow" in the sell forum....

I saw another guy selling an "Ethernal Sword" in game. Just like the one the ghosts have.

Is there something going on that I missed???

Doesn't anyone look at game updates on guildwars.com or guildwiki or here on guru's?
